So, at just a touch over 2 years old, Maelie has shown us that she is part fish. She has always loved her baths and water, and we have been taking her to our local Y for swimming. No lessons, just swimming with Mommy and Daddy. This video was taken on probably her 4th or 5th trip to the pool. We've gone again since taking this video, and now she doesn't even WANT us to touch her or help her...she uses one hand to swim and the other to swat our hands away from her, yelling NO!!!! Goofball. We are proud of her!

- My name is Michelle and I live in Northern Minnesota with my goofy, but loveable, husband Mikey, and our adopted daughter Maelie from Vietnam. We currently have four Yorkies and two cats. Mike works as a sales representative for a company that sells parts and heavy machinery to mines around the world. I am (finally!) a stay at home mom. And loving every minute of it.
